Todd Stogner: Because every family homeschools just a little differently than the next family, there are way too many experts writing books, like the one you link to. However, it is what works for YOUR family, not theirs. Text books sold for homeschooling specifically are usually meant to provide a religious education because public schools cannot do that which means publishers aren't making them. They are usually a bit more advanced than the public school texts because having one student is a faster process than instructing a classroom of 30 students. Generally, it's whatever books are used to instruct homeschooled children and can come from any source. Damion Oleksa: In my opinion (as a home schooling parent) there are no such things as "Home School Books", there are however lots of workbooks & text books available & ! as Sarah says, some will work for you & your parent/child others will not. Hope this helps, all the best!! :)
