German Thal: I work in a cell phone store and every phone I've sold in the past 4+ years has had an alarm, so its most likely a yes. Sometimes you need to get creative though and if it doesn't have a specific "alarm", you may need to go into the calendar, set an event for tomorrow, and that should let you put an alarm on the event so your phone will warn you....but very few models would require you do that. most just have an alarm.

Moira Woodrow: yes, all cell phones have alarm clock settings. additionally, you can setup a meeting in your phone's calendar, and have the phone ring you to remind you (wake you up) at the right time.
