I got a fitness question? please help?

Terrell Voltz: you shouldnt run everyday and on the off days do your weight training or whatever

Claudio Drullard: Do the rest of your workout first, then run. running first will tire you out.

Darrin Hixenbaugh: Run last. I had the same exact problem. Also, maybe just do your other workouts during the week and focus on the running on the weekends.
